Pamely Abasali

Ms. Abasali has twenty-one (21) years of combined experience in all major aspects of Immigration Law, both in the private and public sectors. This includes a seven year period of employment as Assistant Chief Counsel for the Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

She possesses in depth knowledge of the provisions of the U. S. Immigration and Nationality Act as it relates to investigation, apprehension, detention and removal of criminal aliens.

Ms. Abasali is intimately familiar with the preparation and filing of petitions for both employment based and family based lawful permanent residence. She has extensive knowledge of consular processing. She worked for more than a decade at a New York City law firm that specialized in Immigration matters.

Clients benefit from Ms. Abasali’s significant expertise in family law – particularly as it relates to immigration issues.. As an adjunct professor at Queens College in New York City she lectured on the substantive and procedural aspects of U.S. Immigration Law.

Pamely Abasali received her undergraduate degree from the City University of New York: City College and her law degree from Temple University School of Law. She has practiced before the Immigration courts in New York and Florida and was admitted to Bar of the State of Pennsylvania in 1988.

A former Court attorney with the New York State Family Court of Bronx County and Assistant District Attorney with the Bronx County District Attorney’s office,
where among other positions, she served as a senior trial attorney.

Ms. Campbell has extensive experience in criminal litigation and family law including adoption, child support, child protection, and paternity and juvenile
delinquency matters. A graduate of Connecticut College and Pace University School of Law, she also has experience in Matrimonial law, Civil Collection issues
and adult Guardianship proceedings.

She is admitted to practice law in both New York State and Connecticut.

He has over twenty years of legal experience and specializes in matters relating to Real Estate, Landlord Tenant and Matrimonial matters.

He is licensed to practice law in the State of New York.

She received her formal education in Nigeria where she graduated from the University of Benin, Edo State and Nigerian Law School in Abuja, Nigeria. She isadmitted to practice law in Nigeria and the State of New York.   She has worked as an educator and has experience in immigration, criminal and matrimonial law.
